Heating leak detection
Leak detection
Hidden heating leaks traced with a thermal camera before floors are lifted or walls opened. Less damage, less guesswork.

Included
What you get.
- Leaks in heating pipework under floors and behind walls
- Underfloor heating pipework leaks traced
- Thermal camera narrows down the area before anything is lifted
- Boilers that keep losing pressure investigated
- Images shared with you
- Repair quoted before any work starts
How it works
Three steps.
- 01
Tell Ross what you need
Tell Ross where you think the leak is and add a photo of any damp patch.
- 02
Leak traced
Thermal camera used to narrow down the leak before anything is lifted.
- 03
Repaired
The repair is quoted before any work starts.
Can thermal imaging find a leak under my floor?
It can show where hot water is escaping and narrow down the area to investigate, which usually avoids lifting floors at random. Ross will explain what the images show and what the next step is.
Why does my boiler keep losing pressure?
Often a small leak somewhere in the heating system, a faulty pressure relief valve or an expansion vessel problem. Ross checks the boiler first, then traces any leak in the pipework.
