Really knowledgeable, professional and straightforward to deal with. He explained what was causing the problem, got it sorted quickly, and everything has been working perfectly since. It was recommended that we had our boiler and central heating flushed out as it was old and lots of bits from inside the radiators were clogging up the boiler. We asked Ross to carry out the procedure and he arrived promptly at 9 as agreed and was here for most of the day. He was very professional, trustworthy and showed us exactly what the procedure involved. We feel confident that the procedure and Ross’s professionalism have extended the life of our boiler.
