Lower-cost makes
If keeping the cost down matters most, Ross fits dependable budget makes, usually with a 5-year guarantee, to exactly the same standard.
Worcester Bosch
Fitted on request if it is the make you want. The manufacturer's guarantee is confirmed in your quote.
Which boiler type?
Combi
Heating and hot water on demand from one unit. Suits most homes with good mains pressure.
System
Works with a hot-water cylinder, often unvented, for strong hot water to several outlets at once.
Regular (heat-only)
For traditional systems with tanks in the loft, or where a like-for-like swap makes sense.
Electric
Where gas is not available or not wanted. Ross installs and services electric boilers; the supply cable to the consumer unit is run by a qualified electrician.
What a good installation includes
